Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
The short version. This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts and images load from our own domain. We only process the personal data needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and reply when you contact us.
1. Who is responsible
The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Hagverdi Ibrahimli (Provid Labs)Georges-Köhler-Allee 206

2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Cloudflare’s servers so the page can be delivered. This includes:
- your IP address
- the date and time of the request
- the page requested and the referring page
- your browser type and operating system
Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Cloudflare has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
3. Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins, and it doesn’t embed content from other websites. Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so no request goes to a font provider.
4. Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, email address or phone number, and your message, so we can reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your message relates to a possible contract with us, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete your messages once they’re no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Contacting us is voluntary. Without your contact details, we can’t reply.
5. Recipients
Recipients of personal data are our hosting provider, Cloudflare (see section 2), and our email service provider. If a provider processes data outside the EU or the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR) or on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at hello@providlabs.com.
6. Links to other websites
This website links to LinkedIn. It’s an ordinary link, not a plugin, so no data goes to LinkedIn unless you click it. After that, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- get information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict how we process your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
Right to object. Where we process your data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
To use any of these rights, email hello@providlabs.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-WürttembergHeilbronner Straße 35
70191 Stuttgart

8. Automated decisions
We don’t use automated decision-making, including profiling, on this website.
9. Changes
We’ll update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
